Patio Furniture Warranty

All products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship within the period stated below. Should any items fail during normal use; repairs, replacements, or store credit will be issued to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

Patio Avenue takes pride in excellent quality of the materials used and workmanship technique of building our patio furniture. With this approach we feel very confident in customer satisfaction in years to come.

All patio furniture are warranted to be free from defects with in time frame stated below:

• Aluminum and steel frames are covered from structural failures for ten years from date of purchase.
• The warranty on painted frame surfaces covers against peeling, flaking or blistering for a period of two years.
• Solid surface tabletops (excluding glass & acrylic) are warranted against structural failures, finish cracks and blisters for two years when used in a residential setting.
• Vinyl strapping is warranted for three years.
• Glider bearing hangers are warranted for three years against failure.
• The Sunbrella fabrics used on our cushions, and umbrellas are warranted for five years against discoloration or fading when maintained per the recommended care and maintenance instructions and one year for seams separation or any other manufacturing defects.
• The warranty rocker mechanisms, plastic parts, flex plates, glides, swivel inserts, metal umbrellas, cords and umbrella bases is for one year from the date of purchase when maintained per the recommended care and maintenance instructions.
• Stainless steel, cast and extruded aluminum frames are warranted for five years against defects in materials and workmanship.
• Teak Patio Furniture: 3 year limited warranty. Excluding hairline cracks, natural weathering (teak changing to gray color)  Warranty also does not include delivery, pick up or home inspection.
